01 — How It Works

Reserved in advance.

The Horse Park at Woodside covers 272 acres — from the Sand Hill barns through the covered arenas, warm-up pens, and the show village. A golf cart makes the difference between showing up on time and sprinting in your boots.

Four-passenger carts are available for $600 for the full week. Pick up at check-in on arrival day, return on departure. One flat rate for the whole event — no daily billing, no hidden fees.

What's included

Four-passenger electric cart — enough room for you, your trainer, and two friends.

Full event access — move-in through departure, use the cart anywhere on the grounds.

Charging included — designated charging stations at the Horse Park keep you running all week.

02 — Payment

Secure checkout.

Carts are paid at the time of reservation via credit card — processed securely through Stripe. Your cart is reserved in your name and ready for pickup when you arrive.

A small convenience fee is added at checkout to cover card processing. The total you see is the total you pay.

Golf carts will not be available for rent at the event. Carts must be pre-ordered. Don't arrive without one reserved.
